The Real Housewives of Potomac‘s Wendy Osefo addresses her and her husband Eddie OsefoArrest for felony fraud.

Wendy and Eddie made headlines earlier this month when they were charged with insurance fraud, insurance fraud conspiracy and making false statements to police officers, according to court documents obtained by Us weekly.

«There was a damaged screen on the ceiling and the window was unlocked. To enter or exit through that window, one has to step on the toilet. The toilet lid was down and there was no debris on it. When Sheriff’s Office personnel went up to the roof and returned to the house, they left trails of sand on the ceiling,» the doctors read.

The doctors continued: «The Osefos had an ADT system and a ring camera. The Osefos activated the ADT alarm system while leaving on vacation. During the time they were away, no movement was detected inside the residence. There was activity, such as package deliveries, on the ring camera which was remotely monitored by the Osefos.»

Eddie shared statements with two insurance companies about the stolen items at the time. He and Wendy signed their statements, claiming $2,500 in damages to their home and $450,000 in property.

After the alleged robbery, Eddie included Wendy’s gold diamond anniversary ring in the insurance claim. They received a $25,380 settlement from Travelers Insurance. In a second claim to Jewelers Mutual Insurance, no mention was made of Wendy’s gold diamond anniversary ring or the Travelers Insurance settlement.

Authorities reportedly saw photos of Wendy wearing the stolen bracelet after the reported theft. A search and seizure warrant at their home found that at least 15 items that Wendy and Eddie claimed were stolen were in the home.
