When Joanne Froggatt became pregnant when the movie for Downton Abbey’s final movie, writer Julian Fellowes, knew exactly what to do.

Froggatt added: ‘It was lovely to return and make one more movie. Gareth Neame (the producer) always had the idea of a film trilogy, he was after Downton’s legacy. We have all followed since the program ended, but if it had not been a great experience, we would not have continued to return.
‘We have had so many farewells: it was the end of the series, then the end of the first movie, then the second movie, but this is really the final farewell. Everything has to come to an end at some point.

The third and last film entitled Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale opens Wednesday at the Leicester Plaza in London.
