Tracee Ellis Ross is packing her (many) bags for another round of adventure in a second season of her successful Roku Originals series «just traveling with Tracee Ellis Ross.»
The award-winning actor («Black -ish», «Girlfriends») and the CEO of Pattern present the travel program, which debuted on July 25, and since then has become the original Roku without a better selling script. (The streamer calculated the audience record in terms of unique spectators within the first two weeks of launch).
Season 1 followed Ross’s trips through Morocco, Mexico and Spain while using his unique combination of humor, heart and honesty to highlight the joys of traveling alone and emphasizing the power of self -discovery. Season 2 will focus on three more picturesque escapes as Ross moves to new destinations. Ross is currently in travel mode, as programmed to appear at the Martha’s Vineyard African -American Film Festival (MVAFFF) on Friday to discuss the overwhelming success of the series.

Season 1 of «solo trips» was produced by Joy Mill Entertainment of Ross, Artists First and Story Syndicate. Ross, E. Brian Dobbins and Anna Chai serve as executive producers, Adriana Ambriz and Caroline Soss also serve as executive co -producers and Dan Cogan, Liz Garbus, Jon Bardin, Tommy Coriale and Kate Barry Executive produces for Story Syndicate. Laroche and Luisa Lenander Friedman supervise the series on behalf of Roku Originals.
