A British man died after he underwent a hair transplant procedure in Türkiye.
Martyn Latchman, 38, from Milton Keynes, England, died at the end of July after he became ill during the preparatory phase of his procedure, according to reports from Independent and the The guardian.
Latchman traveled to Istanbul to be treated at the Dr. Cinik Clinic, and He Independent He informed that the medical center said in a statement that «unexpectedly he felt bad for reasons that are still unknown» while preparing for surgery «before the hair transplant procedure had begun.»
He was taken to an intensive care unit in a local hospital but died.

«You will always be my source of inspiration and motivation,» he wrote. «Thank you for everything. I will miss you a lot.»
Dr. Cinik Clinic, located in the Besikitas de Istanbul area, has had several famous clients in the past, including former Manchester United Rio Ferdinand player, the Croatian finalist of the Ivan Rakitić World Cup and the winner of the Brazilian World Cup Rivaldo (whose full name is Rivaldo Vítor Borba Ferreira).
