Haley Joel OsmentThe next trip to Mammoth Lakes, CA will not be for skiing: potentially faces charges for an arrest in the ski station of that city … TMZ has learned.
The veteran actor was arrested on April 8 after the police received a call just before 2 pm about an individual supposedly intoxicated in Mammoth Mountain Resort.
The skiing patrol, professionals who guarantee the safety of skiers and snowboarders, were with OSment when the police arrived, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

OSment was reserved for public poisoning and possession of a controlled substance … that the police sent to a laboratory to determine exactly what it is.
Haley was reserved and released shortly after the arrest, and the County Mono prosecutor will now decide whether or not to process the case.
The familiar sources with the situation tell us that Haley has recently been happening: he lost everything in the forest fire of Altadena, like many other people, and has had many problems with insurance.
